The number of Wenatchee area homes sold in 2019 was virtually identical to sales in 2018 according to Pacific Appraisal Associates while the number of homes on the market dropped by one percent.
The average sales price jumped six percent to more than $378,000 when the final numbers came in.
In the Cashmere area, home sales rose 20 percent in 2019 while the average sales price dropped four percent to $379,000.
In Leavenworth, there were nine percent fewer homes sold but the average sales prices wa up five percent to nearly $503,000.
